We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

Condition of Items: The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice).
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Import Costs/Shipment Duty Fees: Any import costs, customs duties, or shipment duty fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not reimburse these charges.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at info@macramecrochet.com within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of your intention to return the item(s).
We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Exceptions:

• Shipments Outside the EU: Due to logistical complexities and customs regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders shipped outside the European Union. Please consider this before placing your order.

Normal Shipments and Import Costs/Shipment Duty Fees:

Please be aware that any import costs, customs duties, or shipment duty fees that may be levied by your country upon delivery of your order are not our responsibility. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
